Class Summary

Class	Description
Controller	The subsystem component responsible for all communication with the Beckhoff PLC controller running the shutter, which includes caching the last status message(s) received from the PLC.
Main	Main subsystem component, accepts commands.
Publisher	The publisher of all messages going out on the CCS status bus.
SimulatedActions	An implementation of Actions in which no hardware operations are performed.
SimulatedShutter	Uses a thread to simulate an external shutter controller.
SoftwareStateOwner	A dummy component which serves as the owner of the SoftwareState component of the subsystem's state bundle.
StateMachine	Component that owns and operates the shutter-control state machine.

Package org.lsst.ccs.subsystem.shutter Description

This package contains the CCS subsystem components that operate the LSST camera shutter. It does so by using the ADS protocol driver to send commands to and receive status information from the Beckhoff PLC controller which has two EL7047 stepper motor controller/drivers, axis brake control lines, axis limit switches and, for measuring motion profiles, a series of Hall switches. The subsystem implements the commands described in the shutter subsystem manual LCA-16765.
