getFlatPropertiesObject

Deprecated. This method has been moved to @see org.lsst.ccs.bootstrap.BootstrapResourceUtils.

Properties files can be chained together; when chained it is difficult to loop over all the available keys. This method flattens out the chain of Property files into one Properties file.

Parameters:

props - The file to flatten out.

Returns:

The flat Properties file
